13. Limitation of Liability

indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
lost profits or business opportunities,
errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid to Catalyst AI in the past 12 months.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Catalyst AI harmless from claims arising from:
misuse of the service,
inaccurate business information you provide,
violations of these Terms.
